Dan is a Past President of the Commercial Law
League of America. He is a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy
Panel Trustee for the Eastern District of Texas.
He has served as the mediator or arbitrator in
over 500 cases. He is Board Certified as a
Creditors’ Rights Specialist by the American
Board of Certification.
